Snufbox Retirement Cake

This snuffbox was made for a retirement party and I was asked to recreate this from an original antique snuffbox. This cake is made with a vanilla sponge and strawberry jam filling, with vanilla buttercream. The exterior consists of gold sugar icing and handmade, individually painted sea shells with seaweed and vines.
