Holy Communion cake

This first communion cake features a handmade Holy Bible, Chalice and Rosary, made from sugar paste. The foundation is a vanilla sponge with strawberry jam filling, with vanilla buttercream and icing to finish. The cake will serve approximately 50 portions.
